An essential aspect for good management of teaching strategies in training, are the trainers, many have difficulties to control the attention, participation or encourage the motivation of workers. For this reason it is important to know new teaching strategies, in order to provide benefits for workers and the organization. The objective of this research is to propose new teaching strategies in occupational risk prevention training based on the application of gamification and recreational methods. To this end, questionnaire formats were used, composed of ten questions for each training topic, in accordance with the Training Program of the New Horizon Corporation RZ & DI E.I.R.L., also records of workers' attendance to the training were reviewed and applied a questionnaire of satisfaction to a total of 25 workers and 3 trainers. For the interpretation of the data the tabulation and analysis of the figures was used. The results show that the level of learning of the workers with the new training strategies based on gamification and application of play methods is satisfactory.
