Therefore, elements such as the previous ones are emerging as an interesting alternative that understands that the stimulation or the recognition of psychological elements of well-being and fulfillment in the members of a work team, can improve the individual performance of the same, and therefore of the organization. Consequently, the manager must bear in mind that the processes do not only apply to machines and obtaining results, also apply to the employees with adaptation to the new global trends for the comprehensive training of persons, high competitiveness and productivity with the use of abundant security and preservation of physical, psychological and social, as well as the packaging of the facilities and means of work considering the conditions and the ergonomics standards, taking all the people with inherent characteristics of motivational leadership pointing to the sustained development of the company and its incursion in the globalized world; offering the plus (value added), always starting from the premise that the manager of today must be a "Integral leader", that motivates the leadership with a tendency to generate new leaders with constant improvements in the perception of safety. Currently not all companies have established methods of leadership led to the cultivation of human talent; on the contrary, apply traditional paradigms that are ineffective, that do not respond to the needs of the demand of our world today. These models on the other hand, are focused on the achievement of goals and objectives rigid, that do not involve actively to the members of the work team and therefore, the levels of commitment and results are poor. It is important in the same way denote, that a good leader is the ability to understand, the relevance in the performance of the work processes of the environment in which they operate the daily activities of the staff of an organization. That is why, that factors such as the environment and labor climate should be considered for a systemic analysis in the performance of the members of the organization. In most cases, not to say that in all, entrepreneurs have a wrong conception of the important task that should be developed, as is the responsibility that comes from exercise leadership and motivate a group or team work within an organization. In his eagerness to play an outstanding role and overshadow the rest of his companions, often underestimate the contributions that may have its partners, are obsessed by impose dictatorial manner and unchangeable, the models, which from their perception are the most appropriate to develop in the company. Therefore, the leadership and motivation play a fundamental role in the construction of the human talent, these factors are of great importance because they improve the conditions that lead to the fulfillment of the organizational goals established in the strategic guidelines of the organization.
