The purpose of this work is to determine the level and prevalence of psychosocial risk within the areas that make up the company Tottus Cayma Hypermarkets that affect the physical and mental health of its collaborators, this through the application of the SUSESO ISTAS 21 questionnaire and its 5 dimensions based on a Likert scale score of (0 to 4), 0 being the lowest score a low percentage of the level of risk and 4 the score with the highest level of risk and with a qualitative approach methodology for measuring the risk based on the instrument applied and the description of the causes of psychosocial risk factors within the work organization and how these affect the worker. The research design is non-experimental - cross-sectional, having as a result in the prevention and maintenance area an HR of 20%, MR de 46% and LR of 34%; in the Non Food area HR of 31%, MR of 47% and LR of 22%; in the PGC area 23% HR, 58% MR and 18% LR; perishable area HR 16%, MR 58% and LR 27%; While in the checkout area there is 40% HR, 45% MR and 15% LR, concluding that at a general level there is an HR of 26%, a MR of 51% and a LR of 23% and that the dimensions with the greatest impact on MR are social support in the company and quality of leadership and compensation.
