The general objective of this professional proficiency work is to implement fixed anchor points in the Emmel II Residential project, making use of the Lean Construction modality to avoid fall accidents at different levels, Arequipa 2021. As for the applied Methodology, it is of the type Qualitative, Transversal, Non-experimental. The size of the population evaluated was 38 to 45 workers who were members of the masonry area, who carried out tasks of laying blocks on the edges and edges of the fronts on each floor of the project. The instruments used were the root cause analysis, training and evaluation of personnel with the support of companies that have highly trained personnel in work at height, vertical and horizontal maneuvers. It was possible to demonstrate that the installation of fixed anchor points not only provides protection to workers but also avoids monopolizing spaces where the rest of the staff works. Likewise, it was possible to verify the resistance of fixed anchor points through an evaluation with calibrated equipment that shows the feasibility of installing them in framed-type construction projects under the Lean Construction modality.
