The present study was carried out in order to boost the export of sacha inchi snacks made in Peru, since it is not exploited, and one of the reasons is the lack of knowledge of its main nutritional benefits, however, there is a niche of market that is the Korean market, they recognize the sacha inchi for its great properties. Currently, Inca peanuts are produced in different parts of Peru, especially in our Amazon. The benefit with which Sacha Inchi stands out is that within its components it has Omega 3 and 6, which is more than 84% of its composition, executes the mission of contrasting and lowering cholesterol, participates in the constitution of nerve tissue, ocular and cell membranes, also helps to raise our immune system. Additionally, there are statistical data that support the demand for sacha inchi in foreign countries, mainly in the last 5 years, our exports of this oil product have as their main destination the South Korean country, it is known that in Asian countries healthy snacks are very much in demand because they have a tendency to consume natural foods and that contain properties that benefit their health. The objective of this study is to analyze and perceive the way in which sacha inchi exporters get to do business abroad, especially in South Korea, since almost 99% of exports are destined to the Asian country. It seeks to know what is the deficiency of technological resources and information to design marketing strategies that allow the South Korean market to be more easily inserted; that it is a business with growth potential and that the exporter has the opportunity to establish himself in the field of healthy foods through the innovation of products, such as sacha inchi in snack. Through studies and research of broader markets and use of technological tools such as e-commerce can contribute to impact and conquer the Asian market.
