This thesis is the design of a manufacturing plant construction adhesive, which develops themes with more emphasis are mechanical design, implementation, control, monitoring and ultimately makes 3D design of the plant. In mechanical design teams that are sized tank storage, hoppers for weighing and receiving the product, helical screws for transport and dosage, bucket elevators transport and equipment selection are valves, mixing and bagging. In transmitters and instrumentation, field transducers are selected to send us information in real process state, such as radar and capacitive to tell us the level of materials in storage tank time, microwave barriers for alarm overfill bins and load cells for weighing and dosing of adhesives P&ID where you can visualize how these sensors are connected to the process was also designed. In the control part of the architecture where the connections of the mechanical and electromechanical equipment with instruments and the link with the brain of the plant called PLC in the control logic detailed displays and explains how these devices work and are held relationships with one another at every stage of the process. In supervising the whole process simulation using specialized software where you can view the operation and determine the degree of automation that have shown the plant. Finally 3D design, where you can also appreciate some views to show in more detail how the plant consists shown.
