The purpose of this work is to establish a cost-benefit control in the Mining Company "Max Pala S.A.C." Arequipa-Caylloma exploitation work, this based onthe proposal of a different support system to the current one.To do this, in chapter 1we start with the generalities, at this point we raise our approach to the problem to know what we need to work on primarily, as well as draw our objectives, which tells us where we want to go with our research, we also draw the justification and operationalization of variables. In the second chapter, we carry out a little bibliographic review to extract antecedents from other investigations that were done before ours, in order to compare information, in addition to this, theoretical bases were placed according to the type of support proposed, in order to know a little more about how it works and how it is applied. Then we go to the third chapter where we expose the methodology used for our work, the design, type, level and the procedure and instruments that will be applied. In the fourth chapter, information about the Max Pala SAC mining company is disclosed, such as its location, its local, regional and structural geology, as well as its access routes. In the fifth chapter, the results are presented, such as the design of the Shotcrete dry way support, as well as a cost comparison between the support system by wooden frames that they currently use, and the type of support proposed, to see the difference in in terms of cost-benefit.Finally, we conclude that the application of the type of shotcrete support provides greater benefits to the mining company, since it significantly reduces costs, provides greater stability andduration.
