In this present study entitled "Virtual assistant prototype to improve the requirements management of a publishing company", the study was carried out by observing a dissatisfaction of the users in the demonstration of attention. The main objective of the research is to design a virtual assistant prototype to improve the management of requirements in the users of a publishing company, for this reason the virtual assistant prototype will be proposed to better structure the service channels and have a better management in the management of requirement. One of the specific objectives that are proposed is to analyze the situation that the requirements management processes currently have, that is, to analyze the flows of attention, review the tickets generated from previous months in order to achieve the best analysis of the project requirements. In this study, the methodology that will be used in this research work will be detailed, where the PMBOK Guide has been used, since it will be managed as a project, and for the development of the prototype the RUP methodology will be used, since it is a methodology aimed at guiding software development in organizations. One of the conclusions reached is to be able to determine an amount of 46% of tickets that breached the service SLA, due to the saturation of the service channels, affecting the self-service SLA, several tickets generated by requirements are applied. incidents, and they were not correctly categorized, causing the attention time to take even longer, for whichit shows some dissatisfaction of the users, that is why this study wants to improve customer satisfaction and structure the levels of attention that it currently has the help desk of the Editorial Company.
