The Teacher Service Center (CAD) of a Private University, within its responsibilities, oversees controlling the delivery and reception of student exams by teachers on midterm and final dates. This process is executed manually with the signing and review of exams. The objective is to design a responsive web application to control the process of delivery and reception of exams making use of new .Net and Cloud technologies aligned to the business. For this, a quantitative approach will be carried out in the orientation of the research, and for the development, the agile Scrum methodology is used, which unfolds in five main phases and an alignment with the research model in the collection and analysis, which will be taken with the data surveyed and interviewed by users. As a result, the elaboration of the process diagrams was achieved detailing the business activities, the use cases focused on the proposed solution and the package and deployment diagrams for the visualization of the complete architecture, thus, the prototyping of the views of the application. In conclusion, the resposive web application was designed for the control and reception of exams that will allow solving the problems identified in the process, speeding up time and satisfaction of the users involved.
