Resumen: Declarado en enero de 2020 como pandemia por la Organización Mundial de la Salud,
no solo ha representado un desafío para la comunidad científica, sino para los gobiernos a
nivel global, los sistemas de salud y emergencias, la población a nivel mundial y la economía,
apareciendo incertidumbres geopolíticas, sociales y comerciales.
La COVID-19 ha cambiado la forma de ver la vida, y estos cambios también se han
generalizado en el ámbito empresarial, la cual ha versado situaciones de incertidumbre. Sin
embargo, luego de meses de panorama angustioso, las empresas comienzan a tener mayor
claridad del impacto económico que ha generado en sus resultados financieros durante el año
2020. Así mismo se prevé que se visualizará un impacto en las comparaciones con el año
2019.
Desde inicios de 2020, las empresas se enfrentan a grandes retos económicos por la
pandemia de la COVID-19, teniendo un fuerte impacto en la en sus ingresos, al finalizar el año
la economía cayo en perdida en 11.12%.
Este panorama para el año 2021 ha mejorado, puesto que la reactivación de la
economía ha ido incrementándose por sectores económicos, ciertos sectores han sido más
golpeados por la pandemia como el alojamientos y restaurantes, transportes y
almacenamientos, servicios, comercio y construcción con caídas de 50%,26%,20%,15%,15%
respectivamente. Algunos sectores con proyección de crecimiento y otros no mientras la
población no este vacunada en su totalidad.
La grave emergencia sanitaria ocasionada por la COVID 19 origino que el estado tome
medidas preventivas como el aislamiento social, esto generó que las empresas se vieran afectadas directamente, ya que la paralización del negocio perjudica fuertemente sus ingresos,
afectando el cumplimiento de planilla y cadena de pagos.
Para reducir este impacto en las empresas El ejecutivo ha creado mediante el Decreto
Legislativo 1455 y modificado mediante el Decreto Legislativo 1457. Este programa no tiene
precedentes en el País y tiene como principal objetivo dar una respuesta rápida y efectiva a
las necesidades de liquidez que enfrentan las empresas ante el impacto del COVID-19.
El programa busca mantener la continuidad de la cadena pagos, otorgando garantías
a las micros, pequeñas, medianas y grandes empresas. El monitoreo y evaluación es contante
para poder identificar mejoras y brindar apoyo financiero oportuno a la rama empresarial.
El objetivo es garantizar préstamos a bajas tasas de intereses a las empresas para
reponer su capital de trabajo para cumplir con sus obligaciones con trabajadores y
proveedores.
