Actitud, uso y dominio de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación en docentes

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la actitud, uso y dominio de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC) en docentes de dos instituciones educativas públicas de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local (UGEL) 04, de Lima Metropolitana. dentro del contexto de la educación a distancia producto de la pandemia por la COVID-19. La muestra constó de 40 docentes del Inicial, Primaria y Secundaria de la red 08 y 11, UGEL 04, pertenecientes a los distritos de Ancón y Puente Piedra. Para tal fin, se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo, de nivel descriptivo y diseño no experimental. La recolección de datos se realizó mediante la aplicación del Cuestionario sobre la Actitud, Uso y Dominio de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación, de Orantes (2009) validado y adaptado a las necesidades del estudio. Como resultado se obtuvo que el 88% de las respuestas dadas por los docentes muestran una actitud favorable hacia las TIC, el 81% un uso frecuente y el 56% un dominio alto.

The objective of the research was to determine the attitude, use and mastery of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in teachers of two public educational institutions of Local Educational Management Unit (UGEL) 04, within the context of distance education product of the pandemic by the COVID-19. The sample consisted of 40 Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary teachers from the 08 and 11 network, Local Educational Management Unit (UGEL) 04, belonging to the districts of Ancón and Puente Piedra. For this purpose, a quantitative approach, descriptive level and non-experimental design was used. Data collection was carried out by applying the Questionnaire on Attitude, Use and Mastery of Information and Communication Technologies, by Orantes (2009), validated and adapted to the needs of the study. As results it was obtained that 88% of the answers given by teachers represent a favorable attitude towards ICT; 81% of responses reflect frequent use and 56% of results correspond to a high domain.
