Abstract

El presente trabajo académico de tipo cualitativo, nace desde una perspectiva real “Gestión Curricular en la Competencia Comprende Textos Escritos en su Lengua Materna en la I.E. N° 34169- Huaychaumarca, Provincia Daniel Alcides Carrión – Pasco” tiene como objetivo general Mejorar la gestión curricular en la competencia comprende textos escritos en su lengua materna en la I.E. N° 34169 – Huaychaumarca, Provincia Daniel Alcides Carrión – Pasco. El trabajo se esboza aplicada a la educación de preguntas y respuestas. Se diseñó y aplicó la entrevista a una docente, padres de familia y estudiantes; para elevar los niveles de logro en la comprensión de textos escritos en los docentes de la I.E. N° 34169 de la localidad de Huaychaumarca. Asimismo, se plantea la interrogante, ¿Cómo mejorar la inadecuada gestión curricular en la competencia Comprende textos escritos en su lengua materna en al I.E. N° 34169- Huaychaumarca, provincia Daniel Alcides Carrión – Pasco? La solución con las acciones de círculos de interaprendizaje y trabajo colaborativo Entre las conclusiones: El director como líder pedagógico es el principal responsable de la gestión escolar, es quien debe formar líderes eficaces dentro de la escuela. Los docentes motivados moldearan su práctica pedagógica en su aula, mejorando con ello los aprendizajes de sus estudiantes. El trabajo académico se pondrá en práctica el año 2019. Las comunidades profesionales de aprendizaje es una estrategia que va a permitir el trabajo a nivel docente logrando mejorar la calidad educativa a través del liderazgo distributivo, el trabajo colaborativo, y el desarrollo profesional entre pares. Es indispensable trabajar con los niños la comprensión lectora de textos escritos, ello permitirá leer con sentido crítico, reflexivo, que sean capaces de emitir su opinión sobre lo leído, permitiéndoles con ello ser competentes en la sociedad que les toca vivir.

It is essential to work with children on reading comprehension of written texts, this will allow them to read with a critical, reflective sense, so that they are able to express their opinion about what they have read, thus allowing them to be competent in the society in which they live.
