Compromiso organizacional de docentes de una institución educativa pública del distrito de Yarinacocha, Región Ucayali

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar el compromiso organizacional docente en una institución educativa pública del distrito de Yarinacocha, región Ucayali. El diseño de estudio fue descriptivo simple. La muestra estuvo conformada por 24 docentes. El instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario de compromiso organizacional OCQ de Meyer y Allen. Los resultados obtenidos muestran un fuerte compromiso organizacional de los docentes con su organización educativa, así como la prevalencia de la dimensión afectiva. Llegando a concluir que existe compromiso organizacional en los docentes.

The present investigation had as general objective to determine the teaching organizational commitment in a public educational institution of the district of Yarinacocha, Ucayali region. The study design was simple descriptive. The sample consisted of 24 teachers. The instrument used was the Meyer and Allen OCQ organizational commitment questionnaire. The results obtained show a strong organizational commitment of teachers with their educational organization, as well as the prevalence of the affective dimension. Coming to conclude that there is organizational commitment in teachers.
