The objective of this research was to describe the conflict management styles of regular elementary school teachers in the district of San RamÛn, province of Chanchamayo, Peru. The study was descriptive, quantitative, and of a non-experimental design. The sample consisted of 73 teachers from public educational institutions. The instrument used was the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Management Style Questionnaire (TKI), adapted to Peruvian reality by Ampuero (2017), with a validity of 97.33% by judges' criteria and .713 in the KMO and Bartlett test and the reliability was determined by the Cronbach coefficient with 0.87 and two halves of 0.81. The results showed that the level of conflict management styles among teachers is average, at 45%. Likewise, the following styles were located at the average level: complacent with 77%, competitor with 71%, collaborator with 60%, and committed with 52%, unlike the avoidant style which obtained 21%, which indicates that teachers have an average level of conflict management styles.
