The present academic work has elaborated an action plan called Participatory Curricular Management for the improvement of didactic strategies in the competence of reading comprehension of texts in the students of multigrade classrooms of the I.E. N° 32125 of Matamarca - Amarilis - Huánuco- 2018 with the objective of Implementing a model in adequate curricular management for the development of didactic strategies in the comprehension of written texts competence in students of multigrade classrooms, with the participation of the director and teacher of the institution The in-depth interview and the survey were designed and applied to a sample of a teacher; with the purpose of identifying her perception on the management of didactic strategies for understanding written texts in the area of communication in the students of the I.E N ° 32125 of Matamarca. Seeing that it is essential to improve the management of the curriculum through collegiate work in this way to seek efficiency and effectiveness in teaching practice, managing to improve educational quality through distributive leadership, collaborative work, and professional development among peers. Therefore, the development of the following activities is considered: preparation of the Work Plan, development of workshops, internships, as well as the execution and evaluation of the actions carried out in order to meet and improve the needs of the teacher. Among the outstanding conclusions is that the principal as a pedagogical leader is the main person responsible for school management, who must train effective pedagogical leaders within the school, shape the teaching pedagogical practice to improve student learning.
