Compromiso organizacional docente de una Institución educativa publica de Azunguillo del Distrito de Elías Soplín Vargas

Abstract

El objetivo general de la tesis fue identificar el compromiso organizacional de los docentes de una institución educativa de Azunguillo del distrito de Elías Soplín Vargas, provincia de Rioja, en el año 2016 y se trabajó con un diseño descriptivo simple; la muestra estuvo conformada por sesenta docentes. El instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario de compromiso organizacional. Las conclusiones formuladas a partir del análisis de los resultados establecen que en los docentes de la institución educativa de Azunguillo del distrito de Elías Soplín Vargas, provincia de Rioja, el compromiso organizacional es regular en el 56.67%, el compromiso afectivo es regular en el 45%, el compromiso continuo es malo en el 63.33%, y el compromiso normativo es de nivel malo en el 38.33%

The general objective of the thesis was to identify the organizational commitment of the teachers of an educational institution in Azunguillo in the district of Elías Soplín Vargas, province of Rioja, in 2016 and worked with a simple descriptive design; The sample consisted of sixty teachers. The instrument used was the organizational commitment questionnaire. The conclusions formulated from the analysis of the results establish that in the teachers of the educational institution of Azunguillo in the district of Elías Soplín Vargas, province of Rioja, the organizational commitment is regular in 56.67%, the affective commitment is regular in 45 %, the continuous commitment is bad in 63.33%, and the normative commitment is of a bad level in 38.33%
