Plan de fortalecimiento de capacidades en planificación curricular para fortalecer la gestión curricular en la institución educativa “César Ruiz Reátegui” , distrito Pucacaca, provincia Picota, Region San Martín.

Abstract

El presente Plan de Acción tiene como objetivo general Diseñar un Plan de fortalecimiento de capacidades en planificación curricular para fortalecer la gestión Curricular en la Institución Educativa César Ruiz Reátegui del distrito de Pucacaca, provincia Picota, región San Martín. El diseño de investigación que se utilizará es de Acción – participativa. En el desarrollo del presente Plan de Acción, participarán 08 docentes, 130 estudiantes y 120 padres de familia del nivel secundaria. Abordar el presente trabajo de Planificación y ejecución del currículo, es de mucha importancia más aún si no existe coherencia entre las programaciones anuales Unidades y sesiones de aprendizajes. Por ello de acuerdo al diagnóstico realizado, se concluye que existe deficiencia en la Planificación de la programación anual, unidades de aprendizajes y sesiones, esto conlleva a elaborar un plan de capacitación a los docentes en la ejecución de la planificación curricular de forma contextualizada y articulada con el Proyecto Educativo Institucional, desarrollando diversas actividades como taller de capacitación, GIA , trabajo Colegiado y acompañamiento permanente en todo el proceso, de la Planificación Curricular que permitirá mejorar la práctica docente
