Nivel de compromiso organizacional docente de una institución educativa pública del distrito de Pajarillo, Provincia de Mariscal Cáceres, Región San Martín

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo general determinar el nivel de compromiso organizacional docente de una institución educativa pública del distrito de Pajarillo, Provincia de Mariscal Cáceres, Región San Martín. El diseño de estudio fue descriptivo simple y la muestra estuvo conformado por 7 docentes. El instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario de compromiso organizacional de OCQ de Meyer y Allen y se llegó a concluir que los docentes presentan buen nivel de compromiso organizacional en las dimensiones: afectiva, normativa y compromiso.

The present study had as general objective to determine the level of teacher organizational commitment of a public educational institution in the district of Pajarillo, Mariscal Cáceres Province, San Martín Region. The study design was simple descriptive and the sample consisted of 7 teachers. The instrument used was the OCQ organizational commitment questionnaire by Meyer and Allen and it was concluded that teachers present a good level of organizational commitment in the dimensions: affective, normative and commitment.
