Gestión curricular para incrementar el nivel de comprensión de textos escritos del área de comunicación en los estudiantes del VI ciclo del C. N. de Pampas del Carmen del distrito de Llata - Huamalíes-Huánuco

Abstract

Este plan de acción versa sobre la implementación del trabajo colaborativo en la gestión curricular para incrementar el nivel de logro satisfactorio en comprensión de textos escritos del área de comunicación en los estudiantes del C. N. de Pampas del Carmen Del Distrito de Llata- Huamalíes-Huánuco. Utilizando un instrumento cuestionario con 6 preguntas estructuradas se realizó el diagnóstico para corroborar los resultados obtenidos en las actas en los últimos años en el área de comunicación. Los resultados indican que el problema priorizado tiene causas y efectos que a lo largo del año se ha ido incrementando debido a que no es atendido en su real dimensión. Estas causas tienen que ver con la gestión curricular que se desarrolla en torno al área, el limitado monitoreo y acompañamiento del directivo y la convivencia escolar. Esta propuesta de plan de acción nos permite ver la relación entre las acciones que ocurren en torno al docente y cómo estos influyen en los resultados de aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Finalmente en base a ese diagnóstico implementar un plan de acción que permita revertir los resultados.

This action plan deals with the implementation of collaborative work in curricular management to increase the level of satisfactory achievement in comprehension of written texts in the area of ​​communication in the students of the Pampas del Carmen C.N. of the District of Llata-Huamalíes-Huánuco. Using a questionnaire instrument with 6 structured questions, the diagnosis was made to corroborate the results obtained in the minutes in recent years in the area of ​​communication. The results indicate that the prioritized problem has causes and effects that have been increasing throughout the year because it is not addressed in its real dimension. These causes have to do with the curricular management that is developed around the area, the limited monitoring and accompaniment of the director and the school coexistence. This action plan proposal allows us to see the relationship between the actions that occur around the teacher and how they influence the learning results of the students. Finally, based on this diagnosis, implement an action plan that allows reversing the results.
