Today, the educational service provided by the Educational Institution requires efficient attention and continuous improvements, therefore, the educational community of Nuevo Amanecer in order to strengthen the performance of teachers to achieve the expected learning in students, The need to prioritize the Action Plan called CURRICULAR MANAGEMENT PLAN OF PLANNING PROCESSES FOR THE STRENGTHENING OF TEACHING PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICE IN EI was seen. N°65099, OF THE CITY OF PUCALLPA. With the purpose of designing a teacher strengthening plan aimed at curricular planning and the improvement of curricular management in the I.E. N° 65099 – Nuevo Amanecer, where 10 teachers will participate. The type of research is applied, with a participatory action research design, considering the participatory observation technique and in-depth interview guide in which the relevant instruments have been applied that lead to achieving the purposes established in the institutional plan for permanent training. for the mastery of pedagogical processes and achieve the strengthening of curricular management. This has allowed us to conclude that mastering the pedagogical processes in a learning session improves the practice of teachers, allowing them to achieve competencies and increase the learning of our students, giving a solution to a great institutional problem. It is expected that this plan will be very useful for other managers, teachers and researchers who seek to improve learning.
