The professional sufficiency work that is presented below, aims to design a didactic proposal for the development of communication skills in third grade students of primary level of a private educational institution in Chincha, Ica; based on the Humanist Sociocognitive Paradigm, which studies the Cognitive Paradigm of Jean Piaget, David Ausubel and Jerome Bruner; the Contextual Sociocultural Paradigm of Lev Vygotsky and Reaven Feuerstein; and Robert Sternberg's Theory of Intelligence. Through this proposal, students are expected to develop competencies, skills, and abilities that allow them to build their knowledge, while learning values and attitudes, so that they integrate competently into society. For this reason, the first chapter presents the planning of the work of professional proficiency with the diagnosis and characteristics of the educational institution, as well as the objectives of the work; in the second, the theoretical framework of the different paradigms is presented; and, in the third and last chapter, the general and specific curricular programming, as well as an educational project.
