The present Plan of Action "Curricular Management in the area of Mathematics of Primary Education in the Educational Institution Rafael Díaz, Mariscal Nieto province - Moquegua", for which we set the following general objective: Implement adequately the curricular management in the area of primary education mathematics through the Implementation of a community of professionals who learn with monitoring, accompaniment and permanent training in the I. E. "Rafael Díaz" Mariscal Nieto province - Moquegua. The type of research is applied because it is aimed at solving practical problems, according to the approach, it is a qualitative research because it is characterized by being open, flexible and holistic. In the case of this Action Plan, the design assumed is that of Participatory Action Research, which is a variant of the Action Research design. For the purposes of this action plan, it is intended to address actions that allow the interaction of those involved through the organization of spaces to develop professional learning communities, inter-learning groups where the exchange of experiences is considered for the improvement of teaching practice. Regarding the implementation of curricular management in the area of primary education mathematics in the I.:E. Rafael Diaz. As a lesson learned from this action plan, I can say that working in learning communities allows one of the personal skills to be developed: collaborative teamwork for problem solving. Inter-learning groups as a strategy for exchanging experiences that will allow us to achieve professional improvement in a shared way. If all this is systematized, then we can say that we have made progress in consolidating our learning and that it will remain as background for other future research in the educational institution.
