Gestión curricular en el área de matemática del nivel de educación primaria en la institución educativa Rafael Díaz de la provincia Mariscal Nieto – Moquegua

Abstract

El presente Plan de Acción “Gestión Curricular en el área de Matemática de Educación Primaria en la Institución Educativa Rafael Díaz, provincia Mariscal Nieto – Moquegua”, para lo cual nos planteamos el siguiente objetivo general: Implementar en forma adecuada la gestión curricular en el área de matemática de Educación primaria a través de la Implementación de una comunidad de profesionales que aprenden con monitoreo, acompañamiento y capacitación permanente en la I. E. “Rafael Díaz” provincia Mariscal Nieto – Moquegua. El tipo de investigación es aplicada porque está dirigido a resolver problemas de la práctica, de acuerdo al enfoque, se trata de una investigación cualitativa porque se caracteriza por ser abierto, flexible y holístico. En el caso del presente Plan de Acción, el diseño asumido es el de la Investigación Acción Participativa, que es una variante del diseño de Investigación Acción. Para efectos del presente plan de acción, se pretende abordar acciones que permitan la interacción de los involucrados mediante la organización de espacios para desarrollar las comunidades profesionales de aprendizaje, los grupos de interaprendizaje donde se considere el intercambio de experiencias para la mejora de la práctica docente en cuanto a la, implementación de la gestión curricular en el área de matemática de educación primaria en la I.:E. “Rafael Díaz”. Como lección aprendida del presente plan de acción puedo decir que el trabajo en comunidades de aprendizaje permite desarrollar una de las habilidades personales el trabajo colaborativo en equipo para la resolución de problemas. Los grupos de interaprendizaje como una estrategia de intercambio de experiencias que nos han de permitir alcanzar la mejora profesional en forma compartida. Si todo esto se sistematiza entonces podemos decir que hemos avanzado en la consolidación de nuestros aprendizajes y que van a quedar como antecedentes para otras futuras investigaciones en la institución educativa.

In the case of this Action Plan, the design assumed is that of Participatory Action Research, which is a variant of the Action Research design. For the purposes of this action plan, it is intended to address actions that allow the interaction of those involved through the organization of spaces to develop professional learning communities, inter-learning groups where the exchange of experiences is considered for the improvement of teaching practice. Regarding the implementation of curricular management in the area of ​​primary education mathematics in the I.:E. Rafael Diaz. As a lesson learned from this action plan, I can say that working in learning communities allows one of the personal skills to be developed: collaborative teamwork for problem solving. Inter-learning groups as a strategy for exchanging experiences that will allow us to achieve professional improvement in a shared way. If all this is systematized, then we can say that we have made progress in consolidating our learning and that it will remain as background for other future research in the educational institution.
