Plan de gestión escolar para el desarrollo de habilidades blandas en docentes de una Institución Educativa de Iquitos, Región Loreto

Abstract

El objetivo del presente Plan de Acción es elaborar un plan de gestión escolar para el desarrollo de habilidades blandas en docentes de una institución educativa de Iquitos, región Loreto. La población estaba constituida por 17 docentes y 1 directivo. Se consideró como muestra al total de la población. Corresponde al diseño de investigación Acción Participativa y el tipo de investigación es aplicada. Las técnicas empleadas fueron la encuesta y la observación directa; los instrumentos fueron el cuestionario de encuesta y la ficha de observación. Los resultados sabremos cuando apliquemos el Plan. Pues, este plan de acción- participativa nos sirvió para elaborar un diagnóstico que nos permitirá aplicarlo para mejorar la gestión escolar que redundará en beneficio de los aprendizajes de los estudiantes.

The objective of this Action Plan is to develop a school management plan to the development of soft skills in teachers of an educational institution of Iquitos, Loreto region. The population consisted of 17 teachers and 1 executive. The total population was considered as a sample. It corresponds to the Participatory Action research design and the type of research is applied. The techniques used were the survey and the direct observation; the instruments were the survey questionnaire and the observational. We will know the results when we apply the Plan. Well this participatory action plan helped us to develop a diagnosis that will allow it to be applied to improve school management that will benefit the student learning
