The present research aims to determine the relationship of subjective well-being and engagement in workers of textile and clothing companies in Metropolitan Lima. It is of an empirical type and a non-causal correlational design is followed, with a sample of 108 women who are working in companies in the textile sector for about a year, with an age range of 18 to 64 years and with complete secondary education. The WHO-Five Well Being scale was administered to measure subjective well-being in the version adapted by Caycho, Ventura, Azabache, Reyes, and Cabrera, (2020) and the UWES-15 scale adapted by Flores, Fernández, Juárez, Merino and Guimet (2015). The results show that there is a statistically significant relationship between the subjective well-being variables and the engagement dimensions (Vigor: rs = 0.632; Dedication: rs = 0.517; Absorption: rs = 0.463), therefore it is concluded that there is a positive relationship between the variables in workers of textile and clothing companies in Metropolitan Lima.
