The present work of professional sufficiency develops a curricular programming proposal for the development of the competences of the area of religious education in students of the second year of secondary school of a school of Rocchacc in the province of Chinchero in the department of Apurímac. This proposal is made within the socio-cognitive humanist paradigm. In the first chapter, it presents the problematic reality in relation to the aforementioned students and the various difficulties they have in putting Christian values into practice; The objectives that are sought with this proposal and the justification that supports the development of this work are also raised. In the second chapter, the different theories are developed, such as cognitive theories that are focused on the student’s thought process (Piaget, Ausubel and Bruner), as well as socio-contextual theories that are focused on the interaction of the individual with the environment (Vygotsky and Feuerstein) and also the triarchic theory of intelligence (Stemberg) along with the three-dimensional theory of intelligence (Román & Díez). All these theories are the support of the socio-cognitive humanist paradigm that together with the development of values and attitudes give foundation to the pedagogical action. Finally, in the third chapter programming is developed from the general to the specific in the T model.
