The application of didactic processes in the area of science and environment constitutes a priority to develop critical and creative thinking, as well as scientific knowledge. Starting from the premise of the didactic processes, the general objective was "Design a strengthening plan in the management of didactic processes in the area of science and environment in the Educational Institution No. 40508 "La Asunción" - province, La Unión - Arequipa ”, in order for teachers to permanently strengthen their pedagogical practice, an action guaranteed by the director, since the second factor influencing learning achievement is the pedagogical leadership of the director, after the teaching action. In this sense, this Action Plan has considered participatory action research as a design, since the actors at the same time investigate and also intervene in the solution of the problem, to develop this process, information collection instruments have been applied such as the guide of questions for focusgroup, the checklist for the documentary analysis and the assessment scale or rubric to validate the suitability and relevance of the learning sessions in the development of the methodologies, however, the results were that the teachers have limited knowledge and little management of the didactic processes of the area of science and environment, which has repercussions in low learning achievements of the students in the area. Finally, it is concluded that strengthening teaching skills in the knowledge and proper management of didactic processes in the area of science and environment, through teacher training, collegiate work actions, teacher training and inter-learning meetings, improves pedagogical practice in classroom and improves student learning outcomes.
