The general objective of the present project was to demonstrate the professional competences of the organizational psychologist through the presentation of a professional sufficiency work about the elaboration of a plan to improve organizational commitment in employees of a microenterprise in the agriculture and gardening sector, located in the district of Santiago de Surco, Lima 2021. For this purpose, a situational diagnosis of organizational commitment was presented, an intervention plan was designed to increase the organizational commitment of the employees and the corresponding evaluation indicators were elaborated. We worked with a group of four employees of a microenterprise in the agriculture and gardening sector. The results of the diagnosis showed a low continuity and normative commitment and the intervention plan aimed at increasing the three dimensions of organizational commitment. The intervention is based on the model of labor identification, motivation and labor loyalty (LML). It is expected to have as a result a significant increase in the organizational commitment score and its respective dimensions, which will be evaluated through Meyer and Allen’s organizational commitment scale and a semi-structured interview.
