docente y contexto socio familiar trae consigo.
This research arises from the need to implement spaces that allow teachers to identify and develop strategies to face the emotional burden that the teaching work and the socio-family context bring with it. To this end, the Ser sensitive program has been proposed, aimed at improving the emotional intelligence of secondary school teachers thanks to the application of cognitive-behavioral techniques; It consists of five modules designed according to the dimensions: self-awareness, self-management, achievement motivation, empathy and social skills proposed by Goleman (2013) that were designed following the methodological sequence: emotional attention, emotional facilitation, emotional understanding, emotional regulation proposed by López, Fernández y Marquez (2008).
