Compromiso organizacional docente, un estudio de campo en una institución educativa pública de secundaria de Nauta

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar el nivel de compromiso organizacional de los docentes de una institución educativa pública de secundaria de la ciudad de Nauta. El diseño de investigación fue el descriptivo simple y la muestra estuvo conformada por 32 docentes. Para recopilar la información se utilizó el cuestionario de compromiso organizacional. Los resultados indican que la dimensión afectiva alcanza 64%, la dimensión de continuidad 63% y la dimensión normativa 67%. Se concluye que el compromiso organizacional es de nivel regular.

The objective of this research was to determine the level of organizational commitment of the teachers of a public secondary school in the city of Nauta. The research design was simple descriptive and the sample consisted of 32 teachers. To collect the information, the organizational commitment questionnaire was used. The results indicate that the affective dimension reaches 64%, the dimension of continuity 63% and the normative dimension 67%. It is concluded that the organizational commitment is of a regular level.
