The purpose of this professional sufficiency work is to expose a didactic proposal that improves communication skills in first-year secondary school students of a private educational institution in the district of Villa El Salvador. In the first place, the context and the development of students' skills in the area of Communication are analyzed. Likewise, as a theoretical foundation, the Humanist Sociocognitive Paradigm and its predominance in the theory of Jean Piaget, David Ausubel and Jerome Bruner (cognitive paradigm), Lev Vygotsky and Reaven Feuerstein (socio-cultural), and Robert Sternberg, Martiniano Román and Eloísa Diez (theories of intelligence) are deepened. Finally, in the third chapter, the curricular programming is presented, including the general and the specific programming, the supporting materials, and the evaluation instruments adjusted to the performances and the didactic cards; all articulated to the learning sessions. In addition, the conclusions and recommendations are presented. In this way, a solid and compact program is presented to fructify the skills of first-year secondary school.
