It was made up of a total of 106 secondary school teachers, applying probabilistic and convenience sampling, thus obtaining an integrated sample of 55 teachers. The Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) was used as a tool, adapted to the Peruvian reality by RodrÌguez (2012) and for the development of the research, the updated adaptation by Ampuero (2017) was used. The results showed that secondary level teachers from four I.E. of the Barranco district dominate conflict management styles at the level of 54.5%, with the compromise style being the most prevalent at an average level, and the avoidance style being the least preferred, with a very low level.
