Compromiso organizacional de los docentes de una institución educativa pública del distrito Manantay de la ciudad de Pucallpa

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar el compromiso organizacional de los docentes de una institución educativa pública de la ciudad de Pucallpa. El diseño de investigación fue descriptivo simple, la muestra estuvo conformado 32 docentes. El instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario de compromiso organizacional OCQ de Meyer y Allen. Se llegó a concluir que existe regular compromiso organizacional docente.

The general objective of the research was to determine the organizational commitment of the teachers of a public educational institution in the city of Pucallpa. The research design was simple descriptive, the sample consisted of 32 teachers. The instrument used was the Meyer and Allen OCQ organizational commitment questionnaire. It was concluded that there is a regular educational organizational commitment.
