Gestión curricular para mejorar el rendimiento en resolución de problemas en el área de matemática en la Institución Educativa Manuel Scorza, Chuquis, Región Huánuco

Abstract

El trabajo académico tiene el objetivo general “Implementar una gestión curricular para mejorar el rendimiento en resolución de problemas en el área de matemática en la Institución Educativa. Manuel Scorza. Chuquis. Región Huánuco”. y los objetivos específicos como Empoderar a los docentes del proceso didáctico para, optimizar el monitoreo y acompañamiento a los docentes en aplicación del uso de estrategias matemáticas y empoderar a los docentes en la utilización de materiales didácticos para la resolución de problema en el área de matemática, objetivos que se pretenden lograr a través de acciones planteadas, el mismo forma parte del presente trabajo académico. La muestra con que se trabaja es con cinco docentes del nivel secundaria y no tienen nivel magisterial por ser de otra profesión (Ingenieros Agro- Industriales) El tipo de investigación que responde ésta propuesta es cualitativo, cuyo diseño es investigación acción participativa asimismo se empleó la técnica de la entrevista cuyo instrumento fue la guía de la entrevista a profundidad referido a procesos didácticos y estrategias en el desarrollo de las sesiones de aprendizaje hecho el análisis de la información recogida, existe desconocimiento desconocimiento de los procesos didácticos y de estrategias matemáticas por los docentes de la institución así como del uso de materiales educativos, es e entender que éste es responsabilidad funcional del director.
