The general objective was to determine if there are significant differences in the perception of the organizational climate in employees with high and low burnout levels in a telemarketing company in Lima Metropolitana. The design was non-experimental, transversal and comparative. The sample consisted of 300 employees of both sexes between 18 and over 50 years old. The instruments used were the Organizational Climate Questionnaire and the Shirom-Melamed’s Burnout Measurement Scale, which were subjected to an exploratory factor analysis to determine the validity based on the internal structure, in addition, the reliability of internal consistency was determined. The results indicated that there are no statistically significant differences in the perception of the organizational climate among employees with high and low burnout, both at total score and at dimensions (p > 0.05).
