Gestión de monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación en los procesos didácticos del área de matemática de la I.E.I. N° 386 de los Carrizales – Huánuco

Abstract

Desde el enfoque de liderazgo pedagógico y la interacción entre los actores educativos, surge el presente Plan de Acción, con el objetivo de diseñar e implementar un modelo de gestión del monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación para fortalecer la práctica pedagógica, la motivación y compromiso de los docentes en el dominio y aplicación de los procesos didácticos del área de matemática de la I.E.I. N° 386 de Los Carrizales, en respuesta a las necesidades y demandas de la Institución Educativa, en la que se encuentran comprometidos el directivo, 3 docentes, 95 estudiantes y 80 padres de familia. El tipo de investigación es investigación aplicada o práctica, el diseño es la investigación acción participativa. Se ha planificado un conjunto de acciones que al ser ejecutadas se revertirá la situación de la problemática que permitirá elevar los niveles de logro de aprendizaje de los estudiantes en el área de matemática, desde esa mirada pretendemos obtener el 100% de docentes con oportunidades del MAE, con asesoramiento en la planificación de sesiones de aprendizaje donde se considere los procesos didácticos del área de matemática, una convivencia democrática en el aula donde el docente ejecute interacciones de calidad con el estudiantes durante las sesiones de aprendizaje del área de matemática. Al culminar la ejecución del plan arriba mencionado, habremos solucionado el problema que consiste el incrementar los niveles de logro satisfactorio de aprendizaje por los estudiantes en el área de matemática, que la sociedad actual exige.

A set of actions has been planned that, when executed, will reverse the situation of the problem that will allow raising the levels of learning achievement of students in the area of ​​mathematics, from that perspective we intend to obtain 100% of teachers with opportunities from the MAE , with advice on the planning of learning sessions where the didactic processes of the mathematics area are considered, a democratic coexistence in the classroom where the teacher executes quality interactions with the students during the learning sessions of the mathematics area. Upon completion of the execution of the aforementioned plan, we will have solved the problem of increasing the levels of satisfactory learning achievement by students in the area of ​​mathematics, which today's society demands.
