The work of professional sufficiency presented below aims to design a didactic proposal to improve the learning of the communication area of fourth grade students of primary school of a private educational institution in Rimac, Lima. For this, it is based on the Humanistic Sociocognitive paradigm that studies the Cognitive Paradigm of Jean Piaget, David Ausubel and Jerome Bruner; the contextual Sociocultural Paradigm of Lev Vygotsky and Reaven Feuerstein; and the Theory of Intelligence by Robert Sternberg, Martiniano Román and Eloísa Diez. Through this proposal, students are expected to develop competencies, abilities and skills that allow them to be builders of their own learning; In addition, that he learns values and attitudes so that he is an integral and competent citizen. This proposal contains in the first chapter the planning of the work of professional sufficiency, the second chapter contains the theoretical framework and the third and last chapter the general and specific programming; as well as the sessions, evaluation instruments and the educational project.
