Autoeficacia docente y habilidad para la gestión en manejo de conflictos en una institución educativa de la FAP

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo establecer la relación entre la autoeficacia docente y la habilidad para la gestión de manejo de conflictos en una Institución Educativa de la FAP. El estudio fue de tipo correlacional con diseño descriptivo – correlacional. Se trabajó con una muestra de 162 docentes de Educación Básica Regular de los tres niveles de estudio en una Institución Educativa FAP, de ambos sexos, cuyas edades fluctuaban entre los veinticinco y setenta años de edad. Los docentes contaban con una experiencia laboral entre dos y treinta años de servicio en la institución. El tipo de muestreo fue probabilístico por lo que se seleccionó según los resultados obtenidos la aplicación de dos instrumentos: La Escala de Autoeficacia Percibida en Maestros de Lima y el Test de Habilidades para la Gestión en la Negociación de Conflictos. Finalmente, se puede afirmar que existe una relación significativa entre la Autoeficacia docente y la Habilidad para la gestión de manejo de conflictos en una Institución Educativa de la FAP.

The aim of the research was to establish the relationship between teachers’ self-efficacy and the ability to handle conflict management in an Institution from the Educational System of the Peruvian Air Force. The research was correlational with descriptive design - correlational. We worked with a sample of 162 teachers of Regular Basic Education of the three levels of study at an Institution of the Educational System of the Peruvian Air Force, of both sexes, ranging in age from twenty-five to seventy years old. Teachers have been working from two to thirty years in the institution. The type of sampling was probabilistic that is why according to the results obtained two instruments were selected to be applied: Perceived Self-Efficacy Scale in teachers from Lima and the Skill Test for the management in Conflict Negotiation. Finally, we can say emphatically that there is a significant relationship between teacher self-efficacy and ability to handle conflict management in an institution from the educational system of the Peruvian Air Force.
