The present Action Plan called: Curriculum management that promotes the application of project pedagogy in a public educational institution, Loreto Region, has the general objective of designing a Continuous Training Plan aimed at promoting adequate curricular management in the application of pedagogy. of projects in the I.E., which will be developed with the participation of 6 teachers who work in Cycle II - Garden of an initial educational institution of the District of San Juan Bautista and who present difficulty in developing the pedagogy of projects with the participation of the students . This Action Plan uses the type of applied research, since it seeks to know in order to do, to act, to build, to modify. That is to say, it is an educational research, aimed at solving problems in the management of education, which will be operationalized with the techniques of observation and the survey with their respective instruments for collecting information such as the anecdotal record, monitoring sheet and questionnaire. of open questions. Concerning the results of this Action Plan, it is that the teachers clarify the difficulties in reference to the pedagogical task with the application of project pedagogy, that break the styles of traditional schools and with the characteristics of teachers and students, taking this democratic and participatory proposal to achieve significant learning in students.
