The purpose of this study is of a qualitative nature and aims to strengthen the teacher's efficient use of formative assessment through the implementation of a collegiate work plan. The central question of the study was: How to contribute to an efficient management of the formative evaluation in the Educational Institution Nº 43072 "Alfredo Rodríguez Rodríguez" - Omate? For its execution, research techniques were used that facilitated the triangulation of information, among them, the interview, whose instrument was the interview form, as well as the observation technique, whose instrument was the monitoring form, all applied to the participating teachers.The results obtained were varied, because they showed that the application of the Formative evaluation generates positive effects in terms of how to comprehensively evaluate students, as well as teachers evaluate the way of acting within the pedagogical field where they operate, hoping that this academic work contributes to teachers and students.
