This professional research’s general objective was to show adquired skills based on Universidad Marcelono Champagnat’s curriculum in order to achieve a job title in psicology. For these purposes, was presented a situational diagnosis with the results of questionnaires, interviews and a focus group to determine the knowledge in cognitive neuroscience, neurodevelopment and the use of strategies of children with or without neurodevelopmental disorders. We worked with 10 pre- and elementary teachers from a private educational institution. The diagnostic results showed that they had a very low level of knowledge about cognitive neuroscience and neurodevelopment including neurodevelopmental disorders; Furthermore, they did not have strategies to apply them with students with or without neurodevelopmental disorders; Therefore, the intervention plan aimed to train in knowledge and use of strategies on the application of cognitive neuroscience and neurodevelopment in pre- and elementary school teachers. This was developed based on the theory of neuroscience and its main characteristic is that it addresses neurobiological aspects of behavior and learning, which is applied to education. The result is that 60% of teachers are expected to know the concepts about cognitive neuroscience and neurodevelopment and 50% to know how to use strategies with children with or without neurodevelopmental disorders. These will be evaluated through a knowledge questionnaire, interview and focus group.
