Experiencia laboral e identidad profesional en docentes del nivel primario en instituciones públicas y privadas del distrito de Miraflores

Abstract

Esta investigación pretende conocer la relación existente entre la experiencia

docente y el tipo de gestión educativa (pública o privada) del centro donde laboran

los docentes de Educación Básica Primaria del distrito de Miraflores con algunos elementos de su identidad profesional (identificación con su grupo profesional y estatus y prestigio profesional) desde la teoría de la “Identidad Social” de Henry

Tajfel y la teoría de la “Auto categorización del Yo” de J.C. Turner, ambas

provenientes del campo de la psicología social.

Se ha buscado conocer las percepciones que tienen los docentes sobre la

identificación con su grupo profesional y la percepción del estatus y prestigio de este, así como analizar las correlaciones existentes entre estas variables con la experiencia laboral de acuerdo al tipo de gestión institucional, pública o privada, del

colegio donde laboran.

identification with their professional group and the perception of their status and prestige, as well as analyzing the existing correlations between these variables with the work experience according to the type of institutional management, public or private, of the

school where they work.
