Gestión empresarial y productividad en la empresa Las Águilas S. R. L. Cajamarca - 2022

Abstract

El trabajo realizado tiene como título “La Gestión Empresarial y productividad de la empresa Las Águilas S.R.L en el distrito de Cajamarca 2022” tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre la gestión empresarial y la productividad de los colaboradores en la empresa "Las Águilas SRL" en Cajamarca, en el año 2022. El proyecto enmarcó, en una investigación cuantitativa y correlacional, utilizando el método deductivo y un tipo de diseño no experimental de tipo transversal. La población consistió en 30 trabajadores de la empresa, y los datos se realizaron mediante la prueba de coeficiente de evaluación de Spearman. Los resultados revelaron una calificación positiva de correlación de 0,522, determinado que existe una correlación positiva considerable entre la gestión empresarial y la productividad, a la vez se cuenta con una significancia de 0.003 menor a 0,05, esto se interpreta que existe una relación positiva y significativa entre la gestión empresarial y la productividad de los colaboradores en la empresa “Las Águilas S.R.L”, Cajamarca 2022. Además, se encontraron correlaciones positivas medianas entre la gestión empresarial y otras dimensiones, como la eficacia, efectividad, satisfacción laboral y capacitación de los colaboradores. En consecuencia, mejorar la gestión empresarial conduce a la maximización de la productividad teniendo un impacto positivo en múltiples aspectos organizativos.

The work carried out is titled "Business Management and productivity of the company Las Águilas S.R.L in the district of Cajamarca 2022" and its general objective was to determine the relationship between business management and the productivity of employees in the company "Las Águilas SRL" in Cajamarca, in the year 2022. The project was framed in a quantitative and correlational research, using the deductive method and a type of non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 30 company workers, and the data were performed using the Spearman evaluation coefficient test. The results revealed a positive rating score of 0,522,, determined that there is a medium positive rating between business management and productivity, at the same time there is a significance of 0.003 less than 0.05, this is interpreted that there is a positive relationship and significant between business management and the productivity of collaborators in the company “Las Águilas S.R.L”, Cajamarca 2022. In addition, medium positive correlations were found between business management and other dimensions, such as efficiency, effectiveness, job satisfaction and training of employees. the collaborators. Consequently, improving business management leads to the maximization of productivity, having a positive impact on multiple organizational aspects.
