The COVID-19 pandemic became a major challenge for both people and homes, leading to various changes to meet physical and mental needs. Therefore, the objective of this research is to develop a catalog of solutions based on flexibility and biophilia to inhabit the post-COVID-19 context in single-family homes in Sector II La Victoria-Chiclayo. To achieve this, an evaluation was carried out on the current state of single-family homes to determine the presence of flexibility and biophilia. Analogous cases in certain environments were also analyzed to establish strategies, which were adapted in single-family homes. The result was 5 types of houses based on the criteria of a checklist and a survey. Strategies such as pass-through spaces, programmatic bands, agglomerator furniture filtration, and multi-use furniture were applied based on the function of the home. On the other hand, the well-being of occupants was considered, so strategies such as interior natural atmosphere with vegetal coverage, biological layers with materials and textures, levels of sensations, and stimulation of space with bioform shapes were implemented. With these results, they were adapted according to the particularities of each home, concluding that the performance of space use and the well-being of occupants were improved.
