Abstract

This thesis correlational descriptive of Transversal cut overall objective was to know the leve! of maternal satisfaction with nursing care related to maternal .and child, 20i3. The population was composed by all mothers who met the inclusion criteria. Leve! of maternal satisfaction with nursing care and questionnaire: Background Maternal and Child 2 instruments were used. In the processing, analysis and interpretation of the data was used the Statistical Software: SPSS i9. lt was concluded that: •!• 87.7 % of mothers have a higher leve! of satisfaction, i2.3 % reported being moderately satisfied and no mother present a low satisfaction leve! of nursing care . •!• 82.5 % of mothers with ages ranging from 20-30 ; 46.5 % had secondary education , 52.6 % had more than 2 children, 82.5% have a partner, 73.7% work at home, 36.0% of children having from i month to i year and 89.5 % have 3 4 days of hospitalization in the pediatric ward •!• There is no statistically significant relationship between the leve! of maternal satisfaction with nursing care and maternal history : maternal age, education , number of children , marital tenure , work, child's age and days of hospitalization.

La presente tesis de tipo Descriptivo Correlacional, de corte Transversal tuvo por objetivo general conocer el Nivel de satisfacción materno sobre el cuidado enfermero relacionado a Antecedentes maternos y del niño 2013. La población estuvo conformada por el total de madres que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión. Se utilizó 2 instrumentos: Nivel de satisfacción materno sobre el cuidado enfermero y el cuestionario: Antecedentes maternos y del niño. En el procesamiento, análisis e interpretación de los datos se usó el Software de Estadísticas: SPSS 19. Se concluyó que: ? El 87,7% de las madres presentan un nivel de satisfacción alto, el 12,3% manifestó estar medianamente satisfecho y ninguna madre presento un nivel de satisfacción baja el cuidado del enfermero. ? El 82,5% de las madres tienen edad que oscila entre 20 a 30; el 46.5% tienen escolaridad secundaria, el 52.6% tienen más de 2 hijos, el 82.5% tienen pareja, el 73.7% trabaja en su hogar, el 36.0% de los niños tienen de 1 mes a 1 año y el 89.5% presentan de 3 a 4 días de hospitalización en el servicio de pediatría ? No existe relación estadística significativa entre el nivel de satisfacción materna sobre el cuidado enfermero y los antecedentes maternos: edad materna, escolaridad, número de hijos, tenencia de pareja, trabajo, edad del niño y días de hospitalización.
