Perfil didáctico y profesional de los docentes de la Universidad Peruana Los Andes-Satipo, 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo nace para dar respuesta al problema: “¿Qué nivel de correlación existe entre el perfil didáctico y perfil profesional de los docentes de la Universidad Peruana los Andes Sede de Satipo en el año 2019?”, El trabajo de investigación al hacer uso de la estadística para la prueba de hipótesis se encuentra dentro del paradigma cuantitativo, la población del estudio estuvo constituida por 86 docentes que trabajan en Universidad Peruana los Andes Sede Satipo, el muestreo probabilístico proponiendo un margen de error del 5% el resultado del muestreo se realizó de manera censal. El instrumento utilizado para la presente investigación fue una encuesta, después de procesar los datos con el software estadístico SPSS 25, nos arrojó para la prueba de hipótesis general una relación de0.961. Lo que nos permite concluir que existe una relación significativa entre el perfil didáctico y el perfil profesional en los docentes de la Universidad peruana los Andes.

The present work was born to respond to the problem: “What level of correlation exists between the didactic profile and professional profile of the teachers of the Universidad Peruana los Andes Headquarters of Satipo in the year 2019?”, The research work when making use of the statistics for the hypothesis test is within the quantitative paradigm, the study population consisted of 86 teachers who work at Universidad Peruana los Andes, Satipo Headquarters, the probabilistic sampling proposing a margin of error of 5%, the result of the sampling is performed in a census way. The instrument used for the present investigation was a survey, after processing the data with the statistical software SPSS 25, we were given a ratio of 0.961 for the general hypothesis test. This allows us to conclude that there is a significant relationship between the didactic profile and the professional profile in the teachers of the Peruvian University Los Andes.
