This research work entitled, "Knowledge of postural hygiene and its relationship with low back pain in CEBA teachers" Regional Polytechnic Center - El Tambo, 2019 ", has as a general objective: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of Postural hygiene and low back pain in teachers of the CEBA "Regional Polytechnic Center" - El Tambo, 2019. Material and Methods: type of research was of the basic type, the research design was non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational. The sample size is made up of 50 teachers. The sampling was non-probabilistic for convenience because a selection was not made based on a statistical criterion since the population was small. Results: It was determined that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of postural hygiene and low back pain in CEBA teachers "Regional Polytechnic Center" - El Tambo, 2019; when a coefficient is found (Rho = -0.890, p = 0.000 < 0.05), there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of postural hygiene of weight collection and transport and the intensity of low back pain in CEBA teachers “Regional Polytechnic of Center ”(Rho = -0.764, p = 0.000 < 0.05), there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of postural hygiene of rest postures and the intensity of low back pain in CEBA teachers“ Regional Center Polytechnic ”(Rho = -0.946, p = 0.000 < 0.05), there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of postural hygiene of movements to adopt rest posture and the intensity of low back pain in teachers of the CEBA "Regional Center Polytechnic" (Rho = -0.903, p = 0.000 < 0.05), there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of postural hygiene positions and movements of grooming, work, daily life and low back pain in teachers of the CEBA "Regional Polytechnic Center (Rho = -0,930, p = 0.000 < 0.05). Conclusion: Collection - weight transport, resting posture, movements to adopt resting posture and positions - toilet movements, work, daily life are directly related to low back pain, this allows us to share that at a high level of postural hygiene knowledge will allow that the intensity of low back pain be less.
