This research seeks to determine how the application of the knowledge management model influences the learning of mathematics based on the GeoGebra software of the students of the III engineering cycle of the Universidad Privada del Norte Los Olivos, 2018-II. It responds to the quantitative approach of applied type of experimental design of the quasi-experimental type, with a population of 120 and a representative sample of 76 students of the III engineering cycle. Obtaining as a result that in the pretest phase, it was for the control group (37.50), while for the experimental group (39.50), although they differ by 2 points, however at 95% reliability both groups are similar, according to to the non-parametric U Mann Whitney test, obtaining U = 684,000, Z = -.466> -1.96 and p = .641> .05, the students of the control group did not show significant differences with respect to the students of the experimental group. Then, in the Posttest phase, the average obtained in the learning of the mathematics based on the GeoGebra software of the students were different. The control group (31.00), on the other hand the experimental group (46.00), results that differ to 95% of reliability, according to the non-parametric U Mann Whitney test, obtaining U = 437,000, Z = -3.478 <-1.96 ( p = .001 <.05) so, the students of the experimental group obtained better learning achievements, after applying the sensitivity workshop in relation to the SECI knowledge management model Therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, that is, the application of the knowledge management model significantly influences the learning of mathematics based on the GeoGebra software of the students of the III engineering cycle of the Universidad Privada del Norte Los Olivos, 2018-II.
