We are entering an era in which knowledge about the brain in general, and the mind in particular, is part of education. Too much has been learned about the structure and function of the brain (including mental structure and function), its development and involution throughout life, and its deterioration after injury and illness, to ignore in fields such as law, education, economics, even in humanities and others relevant to human happiness and human progress. Therefore, the present study starts from the premise Hi: There is a significant relationship between neuroeducation and learning strategies in the students of the V cycle of the Professional School of Médical Technology of the Peruvian University Los Andes - 2019, to test the hypothesis The use of the quantitative method with a descriptive correlational design was made. Information and communication technologies have a significant relationship with the learning strategies in law students of the National University of Huancavelica in 2019, after conducting the necessary research and processing the data, a Spearman Rho was obtained (0.872 ) considered a very high ratio; which allowed us to conclude that there is a very strong relationship between both variables, so we can ensure that if neuroeducation techniques are used properly, learning strategies will improve in the University.
