The present study is very important to know the ideal proposal of the Design of the Drinking Water System for the Homestead of Licame; since it will ensure the optimal supply of this resource to the population. In this sense, it is projected to make topographic studies, soil mechanics, environmental impact and the respective design of all the components of the system that includes the collection, line of conduction, reservoir, rupture-pressure cameras, valves and home connections. This project was carried out through the software AutoCAD CIVIL 3D, Excel and Epanet, which together guarantee the best design according to the parameters established by Peruvian regulations, such as rule “GUÍA DE OPCIONES TECNOLÓGICAS PARA SISTEMAS DE ABASTECIMIENTO DE AGUA PARA CONSUMO HUMANO Y SANEAMIENTO EN EL AMBITO RURAL”, R.N.E. This research was carried out is non-experimental descriptive cross-sectional design, the population are all components of the drinking water design system for the Licame hamlet, the sample is the design of each component of the drinking water system and unit study is the design of the components of the drinking water system, the technique used was observation and the instrument for data collection is the observation guide, the method used is descriptive statistics because it allows to record the data using tables and represent it in charts and tables; the system is designed considering the current population of 505 inh., and a design population of 582 inh., requiring a daily design flow of 0.70 lt / sec. and a flow rate of 1.08 lt / sec per hour, so the sources guarantee to cover the demand with a total of 0.80 lt / sec.
