This research work was developed due to the needs that arise in the localities of not having a sewage system or wastewater treatment plant, in order to contribute to the development of the population, and improve the level of life, of the inhabitants, likewise propitiate the socio-economic development, whose main objective is to propose the best alternative design of the sewage system and wastewater treatment plant in the localities of Mariscal Castilla, San Isidro, San Ramón and Jorge Chávez, district of Guadalupe, in the year 2018; for a population of 5,789 inhabitants, the study contemplates the design of the components according to the current regulations, OS.070, OS.090, of the building regulations (RNE), as well as parameters established by the Ministry of the Environment DS-003- 2010-MINAM -, where it decrees the maximum permissible limits (LMP) for the effluents of the WWTP, which includes the design of the sewer network of Mariscal Castilla, a distribution network with a length of 3,398.06 ml, of S25 PVC pipe - S20 - DN 200MM, construction of 125 reinforced concrete mailboxes of f'c = 210 kg / cm2, emitting network with a length of 2.835.41 ml, of PVC pipe S25- S20 - DN 200mm, circular section wastewater pumping chamber and will be equipped to pump a pumping rate of 32.88 L / s, which will house 02 submersible pumps of 15hp, PVC - 200mm drive line, PN-10, with a length of 53.13 m and a wastewater treatment plant with a flow rate of 22.87 l / s, which comprise 02 tank imhoff with internal measures of 11.20 x 6.80 m and a height of 6.95 m, has 04 drying bed with internal dimensions of 10.00 x 4.25 m with a height of 1.50 m, percolator filter with internal measures 16.00 x 13.15 m a depth of 3.00 m of filtering medium, 02 secondary sedimentation of 13.20 x 2.20 m, and chlorine contact chamber with internal measures of 6.85 x 3.00 with a height of 2.4 m, which allows an adequate treatment of sewage and thus they can be discharged to a water receiving body (Jequetepeque river) without any danger of contamination.
